Sharon makes up the second Director at Salt & Pepper and has a fantastic eye to detail when it comes to the finishing touches. Sharon works closely with clients regarding kitchen and bathroom design, decoration, furnishings, fixtures and fittings and overall use of space. 

 Alfie brings a proactive and professional approach to his work, combining strong business acumen with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads across multiple projects. Alfie is committed to delivering a high standard of service, building strong relationships with clients and continuing to develop his knowledge and expertise within the surveying profession. 

Connor is a creative, confident & passionate Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ experience in residential,

educational & commercial building projects covering RIBA stages 0-6. Expertise in Planning Policy,

Building Regulations, Construction Detailing, Design Co-ordination & Clash Detection. 

Alice is our administration lead and our first point of contact for our private clients.  Alice is enthusiastic and demonstrates a positive work ethic, consistently providing exceptional customer service, valuing our clients time and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
